Daníel Árni Sverrisson is a 19-year-old production manager and a competitor at EuroSkills, the European competition for vocational skills, taking place in Herning, Denmark. With three years of experience in the culinary field, he currently trains at the restaurant Monkeys under the guidance of the master Sigurður Borgars. Daníel is passionate about his craft and is excited to showcase his skills in various challenges, aiming for a high score and the coveted Medallion for Excellence.
