Daniel Held

Daniel Held is the chief program officer of the UJA Federation of Greater Toronto, a prominent Jewish community organization. He has been actively involved in addressing the rising concerns over antisemitism and security within the Jewish community, particularly in light of the violence and threats that have escalated since the Hamas attacks on October 7, 2023. Under his leadership, the UJA has implemented special security measures for community events and launched the Jewish Security Network to enhance the safety of Jewish institutions across Canada.
