Daniel Kiptoo Bargoria

Daniel Kiptoo Bargoria is the Director General of the Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority (Epra) in Kenya. He has been instrumental in shaping policies aimed at increasing the accessibility and safety of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) for households, especially among low-income families. Under his leadership, Epra is working to distribute millions of gas cylinders while combating illegal refilling practices that threaten the legitimate market and consumer safety.
