Daniela Bolaños

Daniela Bolaños works with the Center for Research and Promotion of Human Rights in Central America (CIPAC), where she advocates for the rights of migrants and refugees. She has raised awareness about Costa Rica's historical shortcomings in providing adequate rights and protections for these vulnerable groups, especially in light of recent actions by the government.
