With over 30 years of experience in the industry and a background in hospitality from the École hôtelière de Lausanne, she runs the Segmüller Collection, which includes several renowned restaurants. Originally from Samnaun, she has deep roots in the culinary world, having taken over the Carlton restaurant with her husband Markus in 1999. Daniela is dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences and is celebrated for her warm hospitality and meticulous attention to detail.
