Daniella Smith

Daniella Smith is a former professional boxer from New Zealand, born in 1972 in Manchester, England. She made a significant impact in women's boxing, winning the IBF Welterweight title in 2010. Smith's boxing journey began in her mid-20s, transitioning from basketball to boxing, where she quickly rose through the ranks, earning multiple national titles and representing New Zealand internationally. After retiring in 2015, she became a gym owner and a mentor for young female boxers, while also facilitating rehabilitation programs within the community.
