Dara In

Dara In is the Permanent Representative of Cambodia to the United Nations in Geneva. Recently, he was in the news for meeting with Tatyana Valovaya, the Director-General of the United Nations Office at Geneva, to discuss escalating tensions along the Thailand-Cambodia border, where he accused Thai soldiers of violating civilian rights and encroaching on Cambodian territory.
