Darach Crimmins

Darach Crimmins is a consultant paediatric neurosurgeon who was involved in the case of Lily Daly, a 7-year-old girl whose tragic death was attributed to a delay in necessary medical intervention. During the inquest, Crimmins admitted that he regretted not instructing immediate surgery for Lily's hydrocephalus, instead opting for a planned MRI, which led to a verdict of medical misadventure.
