Darhan Kaletaev

Darhan Kaletaev is a Kazakh politician and diplomat born in 1972 in the East Kazakhstan region. He has held various significant positions within the government, including Minister of Public Development and Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration. Kaletaev has been involved in Kazakh politics since 1995, serving in several ministries and as a member of the Senate. He was appointed as Kazakhstan's Ambassador to Ukraine in February 2020 and recently made headlines when he was relieved of his duties by the President of Kazakhstan.
