Darlingston Y. Talery

Darlingston Y. Talery is a veteran tax policy specialist and the former Commissioner for Domestic Tax at the Liberia Revenue Authority (LRA). He currently heads the Department of Domestic Resource Mobilization at the ECOWAS Commission. Recently appointed to the United Nations Committee of Experts on International Cooperation in Tax Matters, Mr. Talery will represent Liberia on this important global platform, reflecting his expertise and the country's commitment to enhancing international tax cooperation.
