Darmen Hutabarat

Darmen Hutabarat is a former Indonesian Army sergeant who, along with his colleague, was convicted for the fatal shooting of a 13-year-old boy, M Alfhath Hariski, leading to a sentence of 2.5 years in prison and dismissal from military service.
