Darryl Church is a Rotorua architectural designer and the director of DCA Architects of Transformation. He gained recognition for his innovative design of a family holiday home, affectionately known as the 'Chodge,' which blends outdoor and indoor living spaces. After purchasing the land with his wife, Lee-Ann, 16 years ago, Darryl dedicated himself to creating a sanctuary that embodies the Kiwi dream of family togetherness. His work is featured in a documentary that chronicles the home's design journey and the challenges faced during its construction.
