Darwin Ugarte Ontiveros

Darwin Ugarte Ontiveros has recently been appointed as the General Manager of the Public Manager of Long-Term Social Security in Bolivia. He is an accomplished economist with degrees from the Universidad Mayor de San Simón and advanced studies in Economics and Statistics from the University of Brussels and a Doctorate in Economics from the University of Louvain in Belgium. Ugarte has held significant positions in various financial institutions, including as General Manager at Unibienes S.A. and as a director at the Central Bank of Bolivia. He has also contributed to academia as a professor and head of the Economics program at the Private University of Bolivia.
