Davi Carreiro

Davi Carreiro is the executive chief of the Central Intelligence, Surveillance, and Technology Support for Public Security (Civitas) in Rio de Janeiro. He recently made headlines as part of a Brazilian delegation that sought to learn about municipal security technologies in Israel, only to find themselves taking shelter in a hotel bunker amidst escalating military tensions between Israel and Iran.
