David Arroyo Guardeño

David Arroyo Guardeño is a principal investigator in the Cybersecurity and Privacy Protection group at CSIC, Spain's National Research Council. He studies cyber threats and their effects on public and private sectors. Arroyo Guardeño has been involved in analyzing the activities of various hacker groups, including those with geopolitical motives, and has expressed concerns about the coordination and opportunism seen in recent cyberattacks in Spain.
