David Boone

David Boone serves as the head of the General Unit of Legal Affairs and Transparency at the Secretariat of Security and Citizen Protection (SSPC) in Mexico. He was present during the signing of an agreement for a pilot program focused on the registration of mobile phone users to address issues related to extortion and fraud.
