David Gaveau is an environmental scientist and the founder of Nusantara Atlas, known for his work in mapping and advocating for the preservation of Bali’s environment. Having lived in Bali for over a decade, he aims to raise awareness about the impacts of overtourism and rapid development on the island's landscapes and culture through innovative tools such as declassified satellite images.
