David Palyan

David Palyan is the Superior General of the Society of Saint Pius X (FSSPX), a traditionalist Catholic organization that has been at odds with the Vatican since its founding in 1970. Under his leadership, the FSSPX has maintained its commitment to traditional Latin liturgy and resistance to modernist reforms in the Catholic Church. Recently, he declared that the society is prepared to face any consequences from the Vatican, following a controversial consecration of new bishops that has led to his excommunication.
