David Salifu

David Salifu was a former Secretary to the Benue State Government who served under Governor Gabriel Suswam. He was also a lecturer at the Federal University, Wukari, and tragically died from gunshot injuries sustained in an attack by bandits while traveling along the Wukari-Makurdi road.
