David Tsai

David Tsai is the coordinator of the System of Estimates of Emissions and Removals of Greenhouse Gases (SEEG), the largest independent project monitoring emissions in Brazil. He is actively involved in addressing climate change issues, particularly focusing on the transportation sector's emissions and the transition towards electrification and sustainable practices in the country.
