David Uka

David Uka, also known as Pastor, entered India in 2013 on a business visa and posed as a community leader while establishing the All India Nigerian Students and Community Association, which aimed to provide legal aid to Nigerians arrested in drug cases. He was arrested in 2023 while delivering 264 ecstasy pills.
