David Zuluaga

David Zuluaga is the son of Óscar Iván Zuluaga, the presidential candidate from the Uribista party during the 2014 election. He was investigated in connection with allegations surrounding the hacker Andrés Sepúlveda, who claimed to have used illicit means to gain information that could influence the election. However, he was later cleared of charges related to the scandal.
