Davion Ferguson is the Director of Football at Mount Pleasant Academy in Jamaica, the first full-scholarship football institution in the Caribbean. Known for his commitment to developing young talent, Ferguson has overseen the progress of several players who have achieved international success, including three standout members of the Haitian national team that qualified for the FIFA Under-17 World Cup.
