Davis Mburu Karanja

Davis Mburu Karanja is a former driver in Murang’a County who recently gained media attention after filing a constitutional petition against Governor Irungu Kang’ata. He alleges that Kang’ata fraudulently included his name, along with those of other former employees, in a Senate petition seeking compensation for victims of the Ethiopian Airlines Flight ET302 crash without his consent. Mburu contends that he had no connection to the victims and that his name was used without authorization, leading to claims of constitutional rights violations and subsequent harassment.
