Dean Savage is the owner of Dive Tatapouri, an eco-tourism business in New Zealand that offers unique interactions with wild stingrays. A former commercial diver and underwater cameraman, Dean has a lifelong passion for these marine creatures, influenced by his childhood experiences watching his father engage with them. He transformed a former sea urchin processing facility into a sanctuary for stingrays, ensuring their well-being while educating visitors about their importance in the ecosystem.
