Dean Skartov is an engineer and mineral enthusiast who has spent decades promoting the beauty and significance of natural crystals, minerals, and precious stones. He is one of the authors of the exhibition 'Macedonian Ruby – The Powerful Beam of Our Heart,' which highlights the rich mineralogical heritage of Macedonia and features valuable specimens, including ancient stromatolite fossils.
