Debbie Cosic is the CEO and founder of In2ition, a Mississauga-based real estate brokerage that has faced significant challenges due to a downturn in home sales across Canada. Under her leadership, the company transitioned from selling thousands of preconstruction condos annually to focusing on houses and rental-only apartment buildings, resulting in a reduction of staff from 150 to about 50 employees.
