Deirdre Brenner

Deirdre Brenner is an Irish-American pianist and creator of the Magdalene Songs project, which seeks to honor the stories of women incarcerated in Magdalene laundries through music. Her project began during the COVID-19 pandemic as a response to the harrowing testimonies of survivors, aiming to give voice to their experiences through song.
