Deivis Ovares

Deivis Ovares serves as the Secretary of Organization for the Unión Nacional de Empleados de la Caja y la Seguridad Social (Undeca) in Costa Rica. He has recently been in the news for advocating an administrative investigation against the leadership of the Caja Costarricense de Seguro Social (CCSS) due to significant issues arising from the implementation of the ERP-SAP system, which has reportedly caused critical operational disruptions and financial discrepancies.
