Delfina Budziak is an inspiring 11-year-old girl who has overcome significant health challenges, including a liver disease diagnosed at two months old and a liver transplant shortly thereafter. A passionate young athlete, she plays on an 11-and-under boys' baseball team in the Aurora-King Baseball Association.
