Delfina Budziak

Delfina Budziak is an inspiring 11-year-old girl who has overcome significant health challenges, including a liver disease diagnosed at two months old and a liver transplant shortly thereafter. A passionate young athlete, she plays on an 11-and-under boys' baseball team in the Aurora-King Baseball Association. Delfina gained national attention for teaming up with Toronto Blue Jays star George Springer to promote a holiday campaign for Make-A-Wish, where she shared her story and the joy of granting wishes to children in need.
