Delreo Newman

Dr. Delreo Newman is the chairman of CANTO, a non-profit regional communications body in the Caribbean. He has been an advocate for improving telecommunications across the region, emphasizing the need to address connectivity gaps and enhance digital infrastructure. At the recent 40th annual CANTO conference, he highlighted that 15 million Caribbean citizens lack mobile broadband access and called for collaboration among stakeholders to ensure that the Caribbean can fully realize its digital potential.
