Denis Fedchenko

Denis Fedchenko is the first head of the Transport Company of Ust-Kamenogorsk, responsible for managing the city's tram system, which has been in operation for several decades. He previously served as the first deputy akim of the city and led the Territorial Management Center under the akimat. His leadership has been pivotal in addressing the challenges faced by the aging tram fleet, with plans announced for the gradual replacement of old trams with new ones in the coming years.
