Denis George Bowers

Denis George Bowers was the longest-serving principal of the Boys Training School, holding the position from 1969 to 1992. Renowned for his visionary leadership, he dedicated his life to the rehabilitation and empowerment of vulnerable youth, laying the foundation for the newly renamed Denis Bowers Rehabilitation Centre, which aims to provide opportunities for redemption and growth to young men in need.
