Denis Kuznetsov

Denis Kuznetsov is the General Director of V.B. Development, a construction company that has recently been implicated in a criminal case concerning fraud related to the construction of a warehouse complex for the Russian e-commerce platform Wildberries. The investigation, initiated by the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Tver Oblast, focuses on alleged overbilling for earthmoving contracts, with damages estimated at over 14 million rubles. Kuznetsov has publicly stated that Wildberries employees were involved in selecting contractors and overseeing construction work, asserting that his company acted as an agent and thus is also a victim in the matter.
