Denis Mancevič

Dr. Denis Mancevič is a Belarusian strategic advisor and analyst, born in 1981. He spent part of his childhood in Belarus and later moved to Maribor, Slovenia. He holds a doctorate in Russian energy diplomacy from the Faculty of Social Sciences and has worked in Ukraine, at the Slovenian embassy in Moscow, and for the Slovenian Steel Industry. Mancevič is recognized for his extensive firsthand knowledge and experience in Eastern Europe, particularly regarding the ongoing conflict between Russia and Ukraine.
