Denis Sergeev

Denis Sergeev is a Russian intelligence officer believed to have been the on-the-ground commander of the operation that targeted former GRU officer Sergei Skripal with Novichok in Salisbury in 2018. He is alleged to have coordinated the actions of the two agents, Alexander Mishkin and Anatoliy Chepiga, involved in the poisoning, which has led to significant international scrutiny and condemnation of Russian state-sponsored assassination tactics.
