Denise Babb-Cummings

Denise Babb-Cummings is a former staff member of the Guyana Elections Commission (GECOM) who is currently involved in a significant electoral fraud case stemming from the 2020 elections. She, along with several others, faces multiple charges related to allegations of manipulating vote counts to favor the APNU+AFC coalition. Babb-Cummings has pleaded not guilty to the charges and is out on bail as the trial is set to resume in February 2026.
