Denver Frater

Denver Frater is a retired Assistant Commissioner of Police in Jamaica, recognized for his service in law enforcement. Recently, he has been involved in philanthropic efforts, notably as a representative of the alumni group from Ulster Spring Primary and Infant School, presenting essential school supplies to support the institution.
