Dequan Charles

Dequan Charles is a 27-year-old taxi driver from Bagotstown Squatting Area, East Bank Demerara, who was recently arrested at the Eugene F Correia International Airport in Ogle for possession of marijuana. He was found with several packages containing cannabis hidden within boxes of snacks and dog food, leading to his detention by police.
