Derek Chen
Derek Chen is the Chairman of the Public Construction Commission in Taiwan. He has been prominently involved in disaster relief and reconstruction efforts, particularly in response to the devastating impacts of Typhoon Danas and Super Typhoon Ragasa. Recently, he was tasked with leading a cross-departmental team to coordinate relief efforts in the hardest-hit areas, aiming to establish a one-stop service platform for disaster victims to access financial aid and support services.
