Dermot Meany

Dermot Meany was recently in the news for allegedly possessing an excessive amount of ammunition during a police operation related to the investigation of a multibillion-dollar fraud case involving the collapsed investment firm Stocks & Securities Limited (SSL). He was arrested on suspicion of breaches of the Firearms Act, as the quantity of ammunition found exceeded the legally permitted amount under Jamaican law.
