Derwin Isaías Chávez Moro

Derwin Isaías Chávez Moro, known as alias Isaías, was captured on February 14, 2025, in Piedecuesta, Santander, after being on the run with a red notice from Interpol due to his alleged connections to the Tren de Aragua criminal organization. He was considered one of the most wanted individuals in the region, linked to drug trafficking and arms dealing, and had previously escaped from a prison in Caracas in July 2023.
