Désiré Sinzinkayo

Désiré Sinzinkayo is a student at Lycée communal de Rugombo II, who recently expressed relief at the resumption of school activities after a two-week suspension. He voiced concerns about the deteriorating sanitary conditions at the school, which have been worsened by the presence of Congolese refugees.
