Desley Gardner

Desley Gardner is the supervisor of the Heritage Department at the Nelson’s Dockyard National Parks in Antigua, where she leads significant research projects aimed at documenting the contributions of enslaved Africans to the island's history, particularly through the 8th of March Project, which seeks to reclaim and honor their legacy.
