Dexter Durell Saunders

Dexter Durell Saunders, a 40-year-old man from Bailey Town in Bimini, has recently been charged with child cruelty and possession of a firearm with intent to endanger a child's life. He is accused of exposing an eight-year-old child in his care to unnecessary suffering and ill-treatment on May 23. Following his appearance before Magistrate Uel Johnson, Saunders was remanded to prison without bail, pending further legal proceedings that will take his case to the Supreme Court.
