Di Palma

Di Palma is a suspect who was recently detained in Escazú after a police chase that ended in a car accident. He is accused of defrauding at least nine victims by posing as a customs agent, luring them into paying for goods that he never intended to deliver. Following the accident, both he and a pregnant woman who was with him were hospitalized but are reported to be in stable condition.
