Diago is a Japanese entrepreneur known for his strong ties to Estonia, where he co-founded the Japanese food restaurant chain Tokumaru alongside his partner Yumi. He met Yumi while she was studying in Estonia, and together they decided to establish their lives and business in the country, bringing authentic Japanese cuisine to the local community.
