Diana Jaramillo
Diana Jaramillo is a resident of Prosperina, a district in northern Guayaquil, who recently made headlines for her efforts to secure face masks for her family amid a health crisis. Concerned about the rising cases of whooping cough and yellow fever in Ecuador, she traveled to the city center with her husband to purchase fifteen packs of masks, six of which were intended for her children, while the rest were to be sent to her sister and nephews in Pedro Carbo, who were unable to find masks in their local pharmacies.
