Diana Toma

Diana Toma is a public administration reform specialist with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Moldova. She has been involved in supporting the voluntary amalgamation process, promoting community engagement and transparency to ensure that the larger, united community can effectively attract funding and resources for improved public services.
