Diệp Văn Bân

Diệp Văn Bân, a 19-year-old from Jiangxi, China, became a victim of a human trafficking scam after he went on what was supposed to be a short trip with friends. He lost contact with his mother, Phí, shortly after traveling to Yunnan province, and was later discovered to have been sold in an online group as part of a trafficking operation in Cambodia. His disappearance has led to a desperate search by his mother, who has traveled to Cambodia to locate him.
